This invigorating sailing experience is run by Sailnet UK's qualified and highly experienced instructors. Back on shore, Seattle's fabulous menus and laid back waterfront setting await, and you can make your break complete with one of our hotel-based activities such as wine tasting, a cocktail masterclass or make use of the superb private dining facilities.

Enjoy a two night break whilst taking your first steps to becoming a sailor. On board a 26ft Sigma keelboat you'll be learning the skills and background knowledge needed to become a competent sailor in light wind - including sailing techniques and manoeuvres, rigging, safety, man over board and basic rules
of the high seas. At the end of
the break you'll walk away
with a Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Start Sailing/Keelboat level
1 certificate. And to reward all your hard work a £20 per person dinner allowance for Seattle's Restaurant is included.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• Prices are based on 2 people sharing a cliff-facing room. All participants need to be 18 years or over.
• Upon booking the Seattle reservations team will be in contact to arrange the times
and date of your sailing.
• Full pre-payment is required for all bookings made on these packages.
• Cancellations: should you need to reschedule a booking we will always do our best to help. Cancellations need to be confirmed at least 7 days before the arrival date. After this time a 100% cancellation fee applied to the package.
Sometimes Sailnet UK have to cancel the sailing for reasons beyond their control, such as weather or mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
We regret that, in these circumstances, the Seattle Hotel is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience. We will however refund in full the sailing element of the package.
• Personal Accident Insurance: All Sailnet UK’s boats are fully inspected for RYA recognition and they carry the required safety
equipment. We recommend guests take out their own personal insurance to cover the risk of accident, personnel liability, loss
or damage to accompanied personal effects. The hotel accepts no liability for any damage to property or person other than the hotels own negligence.
Sailnet are the sailing experts, and are solely responsible for decisions regarding the suitability of the weather conditions for sailing. The Seattle Hotel has neither the knowledge nor experience to challenge Sailnet’s decision on any sailing-related matter.
