Are children welcome?
Children are very welcome to the hotel! Children under 12 stay free when staying in their parents’ room (king and large king).  We have all the equipment to make your stay easy – babytel listening service via a mobile, sterilizing units and cots.

At reception we have a selection of activities bags the children may borrow during their stay, as well as their very own guide to the city.

Children’s menu is available in The Restaurant.

How do I make group bookings?
Please contact sales@hotelseattlebrighton.com to enquire and make a group booking. Please note group terms and conditions apply.

Can I bring my pet?
Sorry, no pets allowed

How far is the hotel from the centre of Brighton?
Only a short distance, buses and taxis are available from the hotel.
Parking is plentiful and free in the marina.

Stay at the Hotel

What are the check in and check out times?
Check in is at 3pm and checkout 11am.
Checking out later can be arranged with reception prior to your arrival, there may be an additional charge

What’s the early & late departure fee?
Early Charges: If in house and cancelled by 11am, no charge. After 11am 100% cost of the nightly rate.
Late Charges: 100% cost of the nightly rate if not checked out by 11am or by a previously agreed check out time.              

Do you have car parking at the hotel?
Yes we have allocated parking spaces on level 6 of the multistory car park adjacent to the hotel but parking is plentiful anywhere in the multistory and free.

Is there a luggage drop off point?
Yes, outside the front off the hotel are designated places to drop off/pick up your luggage, our Team can help you if required.

Hotel Facilities

What can I expect to find in my room?
All our rooms are equipped with: A large double topped with feather duvet, en suite bathroom with a monsoon shower, Arran Aromatic toiletries (please feel free to take with you…) and fluffy towels, LCD satellite TV, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, room service, Wifi availability and a B&W iPod docking station.

Non allergy duvet and pillows are available upon request.

What facilities are available in the hotel?
We have a Bar, Restaurant and Deck open to everyone, for time of opening please go to Restaurant. 

Does the hotel have internet access?
Yes, the hotel has free use of WiFi available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel.

Do all bedrooms have balconies?
Balconies are only available with sea facing rooms

Can I hold a private event at the hotel?
Yes, we have 3 rooms which are available for private events, please see ’Private Functions’ section on the website for more information.

How do I enquire about Corporate Rates?

Conferences at the Hotel

What are the conference facilities available in the hotel?
We have 3 spacious meeting rooms all offering a private balcony and natural light.  More information on capacities and packages can be found
in our ‘Meetings’ section.

Can we specify sea facing rooms on a 24hr package?
Seaview bedrooms can be booked subject to availability, supplements may apply, please check with the hotel directly.


Weddings at the Hotel

Can I have my weddings at the Hotel?
Yes we can hold the ceremony and reception.  We are also licensed for civil ceremonies. 

How many people can you cater for?
Ceremony: 40
Wedding breakfast: 40

Can we bring in our own caterers?
No, we have a team of staff here at the Seattle who can cater for your guests

Do you allow corkage?
No, we have our own wine, spirit and soft drinks providers. We have a variety of prices to cater for every need

Does everybody have to eat the same set meal?
We do ask for you to select a set menu for large parties and any dietary requirements or allergies can be catered for separately.
   
Can we have exclusive use of the hotel?
